Payment Plans and Options
Effective immediately, we will no longer provide new payment plans for any reason. We extended this opportunity to clients who were facing large, unexpected vet bills and many of them are now ghosting us. My Kids Have Paws has lost thousands of dollars because we are too compassionate!
We know this may be a hardship to some, and we are sorry to do this to the good, honest people out there but please understand, we are a business with overhead and employees. We cannot sustain this practice and still provide low-cost services to the majority.
Any emergency surgery or exam will be given an estimate of recommended services. The estimate will have a low to high range as we can’t predict everything that may be necessary for treatments, medications or follow up visits. It will be required that the low range estimate be paid upfront at the time of emergency surgery or exam BEFORE services are rendered. No exceptions. If the final charges are less than estimated, we will refund the difference, or a credit can remain on your account for future visits.
Our primary goal is your pet’s survival. We do not add any services to your estimate that are unnecessary, and we will go above and beyond to work with you and your budget.
