Update Posted April 1, 2022

Walk-ins will be accepted for vaccines, tests, nail trims and exams. If you are not fully vaccinated we prefer that you use curbside service. If instead you choose to come into our facility and are not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask.  Your wait time may be reduced if you make an appointment.  Periodically we are in an "overflow" mode which means that we have had more walk-ins than we can handle with normal staffing.  If we are experiencing overflow there will be a $10.00 overflow fee to cover our costs to fit a non-scheduled exam into our day.  If we experience extreme overflow, we may need to decline your walk-in exam request and schedule it for a different day.

Curbside service -- how it works (non-surgical):
  • When you get to the clinic, come up to the door. A staff member will come out to get your information and check in.
  • We take the animals inside, if it's just vaccines/whatever, we take care of it and bring the animal back out.
  • If it's more extensive, Dr. Robyn will examine the animal and come up with a plan. The owner either waits outside in the car or provides a good phone number for the day. A tech will contact you outside or via phone to discuss the recommendation.
  • If it's even more  extensive or if the owner needs more clarification from Dr. Robyn, she will call you.

For Surgical Services-- how it works:
  • We encourage you to prepare the  surgery intake  form before you arrive
  • We complete and review the  surgery intake form with you
  • If you miss your drop-off appointment window, you may need to wait.
  • We will tell you about pick-up time before you leave.
*We have posted surgery intake forms on our web site so you can fill those in at home rather than spending more time doing it in your car during your check-in time window.

About Our Safety Practices...
We want to stress that My Kids Have Paws maintains a very high standard of cleaniless.  OUr facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly as part of our daily operation.  Please understand out curbside service is for everyone's safety as we do our part to provide services while remaining COVIE-free.  Please understand how seriously we take this threat.
